Background

This course teaches basic fire safety awareness as it applies to the workplace.

To understand their role with regard to fire safety and thereby be more aware on their return to work.

• Identifying Fire Hazards

• Fire Risk Assessments

• Fire Action Plans

• Signs and notices

• Fire Doors and Means of Escape

• Classifications of Fires

• Types of Fire Extinguishers

• Practical Demonstration of Fire Extinguishers

All candidates will receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the course along with a handout for future reference.
